Jesse Miller asked:

Credit it to the evolving fitness world, many health clubs are offering effective programs to assist one’s journey towards dropping weight. Everyone wants to be as shapely as Hollywood’s Jessica Alba or Jessica Simpson, or as lean as Josh Hartnett or Brad Pitt.

To get that perfect-body you want, you have to be consistent with your healthy diet and fitness routines. You can do resistance training, cardiovascular exercises, firming and toning. Before you can do any high impact routine, you need to do 4 stretching workout routines for men and women. In this way, you will awaken all the muscle groups in your body. It’s not good to shock them by moving energetically without any stretching and warm up.

1.Shoulder and Neck Stretching. Maintaining flexibility on your shoulder and neck muscle tissues is significant. It is in these areas where most exercise pressures are aimed on especially when you do the resistance training of weightlifting. Chin up as high as you can to stretch your neck a little and then tilt your head to the right, left, front and back in order to stretch those muscles in your neck. Hold every slant for 5 seconds each. To stretch your shoulders, hold your left shoulder with your right hand and grab it toward the right side moving your upper body a little to the right direction. Do the same thing with your right shoulder using your left hand. Alternate right and left shoulder in this routine. Do 8 or 16 sets.

2.Arm and Chest Stretching. In stretching your arms and chest at the same time, you can place your raise your arm up and slowly reach your back as far as your arm can extend. In this routine, you are awakening the muscles in your chest and arms simultaneously as you pull your arm to the back. Do the same thing with your left arm. Do 8 sets of each arm. The chest and arms are also used often in resistance training.

3.Back stretching. Your back supports your entire body as you execute any resistance or fat-burning cardiovascular exercise, so it is important to do back stretching. You can stand up straight and incline your upper body slowly to the back. Here, you will feel your lower and upper backs are pulled through. Hold it for 3 seconds before going back to straight-body position. Do as 10 repetitions of it, enough to awaken the muscles in your back.

4. Leg stretching. Your legs are mostly used when you do cardiovascular exercises like running on the treadmill or high-low impact aerobics. You can stretch your legs by moving your right foot forward and bending your right knee. Do this with the left foot and knee as well. Make 8 counts for each side.

Stretching is important in any physical exercise your fitness guru has designed for you. Do not miss out on doing this before any cardiovascular and resistance training so that you don’t wear your muscles out.

Manuel

Paige Mastingten asked:

Too often, girls get caught up in that all-consuming search to find the perfect dress, fabulous shoes, and sometimes even Mr. Right! Small things make a big difference, however. A terrible case of bed head can make your expensive fancy dress look not so great. Why spend time making yourself up or money on flashy jewelry, when all eyes will be on your gnarled, messy hair do? Regardless of what type of hair you’re dealing with, there are prom hairstyles to compliment your look. For professional salon hair, consulting with a stylist before your big day can alleviate some of your concerns and will guarantee that you look your best.

Looking into the past is an excellent way to discover fantastic hairdos. Making their appearance in the 1920s, Bobs allowed women to sport an edgy and easy care hairstyle that to this day remains popular. And perhaps you could take it one step further. For a chic and elegant prom hairstyle, look to the famous movie stars of the 1930s. The idea is to emphasize a long dress by extending your shape even more with hair styled close by your head, like sculpted waves. To achieve this look, your hair should be, at a minimum, to your chin and, at maximum, to your shoulder with a side part. French-braiding diagonally along the hairline from a side part with the back of the hair coiled up into a low, braided chignon can get long hairstyles to mimic this look. To make it wavy, it will require you to begin with moist hair coated with a jojoba based hair product to shield your hair, molding the waves into shape using a FHI blow dryer with a diffuser and a small size curling iron.

An eye-catching low chignon makes a great prom style that works for either straight or curly medium-length hair. A low chignon is a classic formal style that you are sure to have seen in movies, at weddings, and even at luxurious red carpet events. Put your hair into a low ponytail to get this look. If you want a more **** look, try securing the low ponytail on the side, just slightly beneath your ear. Then, using a no damage style of bobby pins (Scunci’s No-Slip Grip No Damage Bobby Pins are good) wrap your hair in a circle around the lower part of your head. A few wispy locks left out will look great. A hair product to make it shine, along with hairspray, will complete and maintain this style. This is a style that may be best done by a professional. Katherine Heigl and Jessica Simpson have both worn this classic style. Medium-length hairstyles can also be perked up by adding braids, clips, or flowers. You could choose to use extensions if you desire to have long, glamorous hair.

Long hair can be fixed a lot of different ways for the prom, yet this can make it much harder to decide. Two popular styles in fashion now are soft down waves and curled updos. Celebrities Nicole Kidman, Jessica Simpson, Paris Hilton, Eva Longoria, Miley Cyrus and Angelina Jolie all wear variations on these popular options. Several layers of soft and sensual curls can appear great whether up or down. You can shape your crown into a rock style-star pompadour, and spray and tease the rest to add height and volume. You could try an always classy chignon or a traditional braid. Emina Cunmulaj, Gwenyth Paltrow, Reese Witherspoon, Jessica Alba, Debra Messing and Christina Aguilera are all perfect models of the straight, sleek style. Some prom attendees who are very bored with the way they look might want to add extra hair, highlight pieces of their hair or shorten their hair.

When considering your prom hairdo, most importantly, plan it way ahead of time and get an appointment. Make sure to schedule your prom hair appointment ahead of time so you won’t be stuck trying to style your own hair at the last minute. If you have planned poorly, no one can save you, so call your stylist in advance and discuss your options. Do your homework. Look at how the movie stars wear their hair on the red carpet, and also go to some virtual hairstyle sites to see what you like and try them on to compliment your ****** shape, features, and the dress you will be wearing. Have a good idea of what you want, whether it’s a new salon hair color, hair extensions, conditioning, or just an updo styling; bringing photos from magazines is always helpful.

Tony

dresscloth asked:

Design innovation meets style and *** appeal with Perfect Tan Bikini’s new twist on tanning with its strapless and backless options. Made possible by patent-pending self-adhesive technology, the bikini top is secure, completely waterproof, and reusable. According to Founder and CEO Claudia Cardenas, “Our customers have a taste for edge…they’re sexy, adventurous, hip, and Web-savvy.” The potential in online marketing inspired an upcoming MySpace campaign that will generate more than 2.4 million impressions, as well as a slate of events and promotions designed to cross the digital divide from coast to coast.

http://www.himfr.com/buy-Neoprene_Caps/”>Neoprene CapsCelebrity Jessica Simpson, with InGear Swimwear and the Camuto Group, Simpson’s licensing house, launched the latest edition to her lifestyle collection—Jessica Simpson Swim. InGear, backed by more than 17 years in the industry, worked closely with Simpson to design, produce, and distribute the line of contemporary one-pieces and separates in retro prints, girlie basics, and American-girl–inspired and pin-up–inspired silhouettes. Marketed for women ages 18–40, the line offers something for every body type and is available at major department stores and specialty boutiques at prices ranging from $50 to $70 for separates and $100 to $140 for sets.

Beach Rays is all about style, innovation, and value. What began with basic swim trunks and board shorts more than a decade ago has grown to include complete divisions for young men, men, juniors, missy, boys, girls, toddlers, cover-ups, and t-shirts. For 2009, Beach Rays has developed a new high-performance fabric, Micro Serge Twill, that gives its board shorts and swim trunks unprecedented durability with an ultra-luxurious texture.

Diva 2009 takes a trip to Africa with a fresh, colorful, exclusive new collection. Geometric prints, strong colors, bi-color combinations, and accessories reflect the continent’s ethnic influences. The glitz of gold and silver express the glamour typical of North African countries such as Morocco, while Swarovski stone embellishments pay tribute to the diamond mines of South Africa. The groups are based on Diva’s best-selling silhouettes which have a proven fit. The look is innovative, unique, and feminine, yet also practical and commercial.

Although a rookie in the swimwear industry, Ed Hardy Swimwear has experienced a strong maiden year, including the introduction of its sultry sister Christian Audigier Swimwear. Both tattoo-inspired, contemporary collections are designed by Christian Audigier, make unique statements of their own, and are produced in the United States by Los Angeles–based swim manufacturer Sea and Sun. Bold colors, eye-catching designs, and signature logos turn heads. Sublimation, the unique and complex engineering process by which ink is inserted directly onto the swimsuit’s fabric, makes these swimsuits individual works of art. From concept to completion, each piece is designed and produced by hand.

This year, ViX Swimwear celebrates 10 years of fashion. ViX offers three fabulous collections of high-end designer swimwear: ViX, Sofia, and Hermanny. The contemporary ViX line began in 1998 with a small collection of Brazilian-cut bikinis and has grown into a vast collection of swim and resort wear including bikinis, tankinis, one-pieces, caftans, and beach dresses. The sophisticated and simple designs of Hermanny offer women more coverage and support with style, while Sofia is a whimsical and flirty line for the tween market.

Under the SHI Swimwear umbrella, brand labels Alicia Simone, Shore Shapes, and Tangerine are sold to specialty stores, department stores, and through mail order. The collections feature an extensive variety of missy, women’s, contemporary, and maternity swimwear at affordable prices. Exclusive prints and solids are crafted from the finest four-way stretch tricot/Lycra for comfort and fit. SHI has sales office locations in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, and Naples, Florida.

Los Angeles-–based A.B.S. by Allen Schwartz has signed a new license for the lifestyle category of swimwear, including swim and resort cover-ups, with BlueWaterDesignGroup, a division of Apparel Ventures Inc., a leading manufacturer and marketer of contemporary swimwear and swim-related apparel, also based in Los Angeles. The well-established A.B.S. brings its keen sensibility for interpreting the newest global fashion trends to the designer swim marketplace. A.B.S. by Allen Schwartz Swim officially launched its first collection at the Miami SwimShow and is slated to ship to the finest department and specialty store for Resort 2009.

Established more than a decade ago, Banana Split USA delivers a versatile wardrobe of beachwear and casual luxury clothing for the modern lifestyle. The 2008 collection, inspired by the theme of freedom, features tops, shirts, cargo shorts, board shorts, and elastic shorts for men, women, and kids that offer both comfort and the latest in fashion.

Trunkettes™ are swim trunks for women with mix-and-match tops. Sporty, flirty, and functional, Trunkettes come in many fun colors and patterns such as polka dots, peacock, snakeskin, stripes, graffiti, and skulls. Styles include Bermuda-length low risers, short hot pants, and modest high-waisted shapes, with conveniences such as Velcro pockets, bikini bottom linings, and drawstring waists. Media features include the New York Post, Chicago Tribune, Fox Business News, and CNBC’s “Big Idea with Donny Deutsch,” where they were called “lightning in a bottle” and a “huge idea.” Trunkettes allow women to be active with comfort and confidence.

Surf Expo convenes Sept. 12–14 in Orlando, Florida, where manufacturers and specialty retailers in the board, beach, and fashion industries converge in a business-first environment. The evolution of the trade show from its surf roots to a comprehensive boardsports and coastal-influenced fashion and accessories show is a perfect match for the growth and changing needs of these industries.

The captivating Bikini Flavors Cruise 2009 Collection consists of reversible string bikini separates that are fun, daring, and stylish. Styles include: a monokini; cover-ups; triangle, tankini, bandeau, and halter tops; and hipster, Brazilian, tanga, and boy short bottoms—all sold separately for an individualized look and fit. The fashionista, the fit, the active, and the **** will all appreciate the customization factor achieved with the reversible pieces and corresponding ties for a unique and flexible swimsuit.

The Hot Tuna Spring 09 Collection finds inspiration from the new wave era. The mad mash-up of hippie chic and rock ‘n’ roll come together in this print-savvy collection. Featuring electric tie-dye, graphic one-of-a-kind lipstick prints, neon baby gingham, and a Hot Tuna twist on polka dots, the collection is all about color and graphics. The Aztec Native American blanket print is the designer’s pick of the season. Silhouettes are flirty and sexy, yet easy and classic.
Hugh Parker asked:

Ever wish you could afford a celebrity-style wedding dress? Guess what-you can look star-fabulous and still keep it affordable. We’ve compiled a list of the most fashionable wedding gowns worn by the rich and famous, and we’ll tell you how you can achieve the same Hollywood glamour without breaking the bank.

Jessica Simpson She may not be a newlywed any longer, but when Jessica Simpson married Nick Lachey in 2002, she looked wonderfully wholesome in a one-of-kind, beaded pearl, A-line dress designed by Vera Wang. Jess’s dress cost a whopping $11,000, but you can pull off this same pretty piece by shopping at David’s Bridal. Style number CT2406 is a bargain version of Jessica’s bridal wedding dress at just under $700. It features the same corded lace and chapel train that the ex-Mrs. Lachey wore, and a sash, available in 22 different colors, can also be added.

Renee Zellweger Bridget Jones’s 2005 beach wedding to country singer Kenny Chesney was a Caribbean celebration like no other. The bride wore a pearl-colored, strapless, mermaid wedding gown by Carolina Herrera. The dress is perfect for sand and surf- classy, yet casual. But its price tag is one few can afford. Luckily, Moonlight Bridal boasts a close copy of the gown for a mere fraction of the price. In beaded taffeta with a sweep train, you’ll feel just as rich and romantic as Renee.

Katie Holmes Power couple Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise put on a wedding as big as their blockbuster names in late 2006. And bride Katie put on a wedding dress just as chic as she. Designer Georgio Armani fashioned five different outfits for Katie’s wedding weekend, but none could top the beauty of the wedding gown itself. Described by Katie as “sheer and floaty”, the couture creation was styled with white lace in an off-the-shoulder neckline and A-line bodice. Think you couldn’t find a dress to match? Think again! Eugenia Couture has designed a far less expensive version of the gown. With the same dropped waistline and romantic rose appliqués, you can look just like Mrs. Tom Cruise.

Gwen Stefani This rockin’ beauty is nothing if not unique! Gwen’s style is fun, funky, and fashionable. So there was no doubt that her wedding dress would be a work of art. When she married fellow crooner Gavin Rossdale in the fall of 2002, she wore a custom-made Dior dress by John Galliano. But she added her own twist- the bottom of the gown was dyed hot pink! You can add your own flare to any simple, white wedding gown by dyeing it. Silk is the best material to work with when coloring a gown. And the actual dyeing process is best left to the professionals. Contact your local dry cleaner or visit www.fabricdyeing.com.

You’ll be fighting off the paparazzi in these gorgeous, yet reasonably priced, replicas. Red carpet or not, get ready to strike a pose for your photographer’s camera in one of these stunning dresses!

Joann

David Maillie asked:

At first hearing this most men would say no - “I would never cry - real men don’t cry!” We are being programmed into believing that crying is for the weak. All the latest shows imply this. Just look at the soap operas and American Idol - the women are always crying like Paula Abdul, but what about their men? Hollywood has found that tough men sell - just look at 50 cent and his new, murderous video game. The real question is is there a time or a circumstance when crying by a man would be acceptable or even expected? This actually isn’t just recent. It is also biblical and the greatest man in history even cried and no he’s not 50 cent.

In the bible it talks about weeping of men in almost every book. In Jeremiah 48:14 it says “How say ye, We are mighty and strong men for the war? … 32 O vine of Sibmah, I will weep for thee with the weeping of Jazer.” In revelations it is stated in the depiction of hell - “there will be weeping and nashing of teeth.” There are numerous references of women weeping and crying in the bible, but there are also references of men crying and they are usually attributed to a great loss - Darius and the deathly sick child, numerous wars and struggles, even surrounding the crucifiction of Jesus. But nowhere does it state that it is wrong for men to weep or cry.

In Luke chapter 19:41-42 it states that Christ weeped over Jerusalem. Here is an instance where Christ felt sorrow for the people in Jerusalem and he actually cried for them. Regardless of what requirements we place on manhood today - Jesus Christ was the ultimate man - he was ridiculed and rejected by his pears from early on, had no affinity for worldly goods (even though satan tried many times), was threatened, beaten, spit on, even crucified and he never rescinded. What man today could bare 1/100th of what Jesus bore for all man kind?

If it was okay for Jesus to weep and not just in times of grieving then it must be okay for the rest of mankind to weep or cry. We have seen men cry on September 11, 2001 when the World Trade centers were brought down by terrorists. We have seen men cry in movies like Sixth Sense and on TV shows like Dr. Phil and Oprah. But we do not see them do this in everyday real life. This is because we are programmed to think we will be seen as weak, inferior, etc… Just look at the recent Playstation games our moldable youth are playing - 50 Cent goes on a wild killing spree, Simon puts everyone down including Paula Abdul with zero sympathy on American Idol, and in the Dukes of Hazard laws are broken with reckless abandon and its all okay as Daisy (Jessica Simpson) shows some cleavage and her legs and smiles. It’s all over the internet on Yahoo and Google - we are more interested in 50 cent (44 million Google searches) than Jesus Christ (33 million Google searches).

There is something really wrong here. We need to change this as there are times when it is okay for men to cry and they should not be seen as weaker, but as compassionate, faithful, caring, and sorrowful, or in some cases even joyful (one can be happy enough to cry and this is also mentioned in the bible like Joseph’s father upon the return of his son). If Jesus Christ, undoubtedly the greatest man to walk the earth (regardless of your religion and faith) can cry and show compassion then grown men can too. Maybe this is why women live longer.

Bessie

Angela Ayles asked:

Designer Fashion Back to the Future

Everybody who’s anybody in the fashion industry has been talking about the overwhelming interest in retro styles this year. This fall, we can expect to see many trends from previous decades come back into style, with a vengeance. For some reason, (this year especially) consumers have shown more interest in past styles than they do for new, innovative styles created by the designers themselves.

For the most part, the popular styles expected for fall are synonymous with those of the 1970’s and 1980’s. There are mixed opinions regarding the recent interest in these styles; some people love the retro look and others detest it. For those of you who are unaware of the styles I’m referring to, take a look below:

Skinny Jeans Skinny jeans, you know the ones your mom still loves to wear the ones you’ve been begging her for the past 10 years to get rid of? Well, they’re officially back in style. The tighter the bottom, the better the look and they can be paired with just about anything. Long shirts that fall just below the bottom of your behind seem to be the ideal match to skinny jeans. Likewise, celebrities like Sienna Miller and Jessica Alba have shown significant interest in the skinny jeans with knee-high boots overtop look, which consumers have grown to love as well.

Headbands, Bandanas and Other Retro Accessories Thick headbands, patterned bandanas and knee-high socks are the accessories of the fall. Think Jackie O and Audrey Hepburn if you’re having a hard time envisioning the trend. Or, for those of you who can better relate to today’s celebrities, think Nicole Richie and Jessica Simpson. Headbands are far more popular than most of the other accessories and could become the single biggest trend of the year.

Leggings One trend I never thought would come back into style is leggings, but clearly I was wrong. Legging, also known as tights or spandex, have re-appeared on the fashion scene and have become focal points in many of the designer collections this year. Originally, leggings were worn under skirts, capris and even shorts but Hollywood has made of trend of wearing leggings on their own. Lindsay Lohan and Mary-Kate Olsen are prime examples of celebrities who have participated in this trend.

I think it’s safe to say that some trends will never go out of style. They may disappear for a short period of time, but they’ll be back eventually. So don’t throw away your tasseled t-shirt and bell-bottom pants by 2015, you’ll be wishing you kept them.

Karen

Priyanka Arora asked:

We all know Jessica Simpson because of ? The Dukes of Hazzard? and from the reality hit show ?Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica?. We see her wearing short dresses, high heels, and sparkly jewelry, and yet she knows how to carry them and pulls it off.

You may have seen her with other blonde pop singers like Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears. And of course, her celebrated marriage with the 98 degrees boy band member, Nick Lachey. She is a Texas girl who loves showing off her hourglass figure by wearing curve hugging outfits and is not one to hide her assets. She is always seen wearing crazy patterns, bold colors and skin baring cuts. You may wear her stuff such as shoes, swimwear and jeans, and be happy to know that they all cost under $200.

When Jessica is not at a recording studio, or out starring in a new movie, you may see her with the quarterback of Dallas Cowboys, Tony Romo.

Jessica is indeed a fashion icon, having popularized a lot of fashion trends such as Primo sweat suit, Juicy tube, de Bucourt shawl. She can pull the LA chic thing so well, and is spectacular in sky high wedges, vintage cowboy boots and super-distressed denim. Her favorite designers include Corey Lynn Calter, Roberto Cavalli, Michael Kors, and Louis Vuitton for her bags.

We see Jessica recently wearing her golden locks in a stick straight razored do, and wearing light day make up. If you want to be and look like Jess, then the boho socialite look is for you. Wear distressed jeans, and accessorize them with high wedges, a silky headband and a strand of beads.

Florence

Chris Sutton asked:

I am often asked what is the best resort on Maui? That’s like asking who is sexier, Jessica Alba or Jessica Simpson! The answer is, it’s all a matter of personal taste.

Personally, my favorite Maui resort is Papakea Resort in Honokowai. Papakea Resort has three lighted tennis courts, two 18-hole putting greens and two ocean front shuffleboard courts. There are also two swimming pools, each with jet spa and sauna.

Papakea Resort has 13 acres of exotic tropical landscaping, beautifully manicured lawns, tranquil lagoons with Koi fish and foot-bridges. There are coconut palms scattered around the resort and you will see spectacular sunsets over the beautiful islands of Lanai and Molokai.

Papakea Resort is located near championship golf courses, world class shopping and wonderful dining places. It is very nicely located so you are a very short drive from Kapalua and Napili Bays to the North and historical Lahaina town to the South. The largest grocery store on the island is just a few blocks away so you can stock up on food to prepare in your condo.

Papakea Resort has 11 buildings that house 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos. All of the buildings have been situated to give you great views of various types. Some of the condos are situated so they have ocean front views. These condos are approximately 30 feet from the ocean. Most of the condos have at least an ocean view that looks out towards the beautiful Pacific ocean. Some of the condos are garden view condos and, believe me, those are not bad views at all. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and it is a very relaxing view.

Papakea Resort has condos in varying degrees of upkeep. Some of them are maintained better than others but that is the way it is at any Maui resort. I will say this, though…you will not have a bad experience if you stay in a privately-owned condo. All of the condos we have access to at Papakea Resort are top-of-the-line Maui condos and they are maintained very nicely! Just stick with privately-owned condos on Maui and you should have a fantastic experience!

James

John Howard asked:

There has been much speculation about Ashlee Simpson’s rapid weight loss. The singer has been accused of having an eating disorder. There have been rumors about anorexia and bulimia surrounding the star. But how did she really lose all that weight? She was obviously never fat to begin with, she has just trimmed down her body to an amazing smaller size.

Some might argue that she is too thin, but with the medias constant pressure on celebrities to be thin, she fits the category that the media considers beautiful. And whether you like to admit it or not, many of us agree.

I still liked Ashlee in her fuller figured pre-nose job days. She was always the cute younger sister of Jessica Simpson, trying to break into Hollywood stardom but never really outshining Jess.

It seems that her drastic body makeover caused lots of tabloid speculation, making her possibly more famous than her bigger sister!

Have you ever noticed that whenever a star loses a drastic amount of weight they gain higher celebrity status? Some C Lister stars catapult up to A list position within weeks as soon as their bones begin to show.

Some examples of this would be Robin Quivers. Did anybody know who this person was before she lost 73lbs on the ‘Lemonade Master Cleanse’.

This brings to light the issue of what I like to refer to as “Celebsessed”. We have become a society so obsessed with body image and celebrity body image that like it or not we value peoples worth by how little they weigh.

So now back the big question we all want to know the answer to..

What Does Ashlee Simpson Eat?

Ashlee Simpson eats healthy foods the majority of the time. She has taken influence from her sister Jessica Simpson’s personal trainer and sticks to foods such as grilled chicken and greens. Simpson admits that unhealthy days make her feel good too, she calls them her “Taco Bell” days.

This diet is a classic example of high protein, low carb eating. Most bodybuilders and celebrities will have a cheat meal or cheat day. The idea of this is that eating healthy foods 6 days of the week puts the metabolism in a steady pattern, but with the addition of a cheat food (either a whole day or one meal..one meal is recommended) it will shock the metabolism into working harder and faster. Thus, speeding it up and ultimately losing more weight.

How Does Ashlee Simpson Workout?

Ashlee Simpson does attend a gym and work out. She credits dancing to maintaining her slender physique. She has also hired a personal trainer (most stars have them!) Ashlee also recently bought a treadmill for her house, so cardio is no doubt a big factor in her workout routine.

Corey

Melanie Spark asked:

These days, everyone wants the red carpet look without the million dollar price tag. If this sounds too good to be true, think again. Thanks to celebrity inspired jewelry, it’s now possible for anyone to own the best on a budget.

The craze with celebrity inspired jewelry first began with the diamond engagement ring given by Ben Affleck to Jennifer Lopez. A large emerald-cut pink diamond takes center stage as the main focal point of this beauty. One each side, white baguette diamonds proudly accentuate the enormous center stone. Fans fell in love with this ring around the world, which lead to the demand for designers to recreate the ring in a look that anyone could afford. The result was a sterling silver creation featuring a large emerald-cut pink cubic zirconia center stone, which is accented by white baguette cubic zirconia on each side.

It wasn’t long before the trend of wearing celebrity inspired engagement rings became the next big thing in fashion jewelry. When Nick Lachey proposed to Jessica Simpson, a beautiful pear-cut diamond ring came into style in a big way. This bold beauty dazzled the media and fans alike. With one diamond located on each side of the stunning pear-cut center stone, Simpson’s new ring was as bright as the spotlight itself. Once again, designers came through with a creation that everyone could afford. A bold sterling silver band with a large white cubic zirconia pear-cut center stone, which is accented by white cubic zirconia on each side, began showing up on jewelry lovers around the globe.

When it came to trends, Lachey and Simpson weren’t the only musical duo making their way into the line of celebrity inspired jewelry. Kevin Federline gave Britney Spears a stunning ring featuring a cushion-cut center diamond sitting atop a double row of connected diamond-encrusted bands. The inspired design was recreated in sterling silver and glistening white cubic zirconia. The cushion-cut center stone, which replicates a flawless diamond, sits boldly above a double band of cubic zirconia accents.

What line of celebrity inspired jewelry would be complete without a dazzling pair of earrings? As far as trend setters go, Oprah Winfrey is one of the best. Not only has she made a name for herself in the media, but also for her fantastic fashion sense. Oprah’s famous pear drop diamond earrings won her fans over in a flash. The design features a round white diamond stud and a large pear-cut diamond dangling below. In an effort to recreate this stunning design, jewelry manufacturers released their own version done in affordable sterling silver. Like Oprah’s authentic diamonds, the inspired earring features a round white cubic zirconia stud and a dramatic pear shaped cubic zirconia dangling below. Because the earring is available in cubic zirconia and sterling silver, fans can have the look of the real diamond earring for a lot less cash.

When it comes to red carpet wear, the styles are both dramatic and unique. Any woman who watches the annual award shows will probably agree that seeing the glamorous jewelry is one of the most interesting aspects of the red carpet arrivals. Not many can afford a million dollar ring or necklace, but most could afford that look if it were created in sterling silver and cubic zirconia. Thanks to celebrity designers, including Nolan Miller and Charles Winston, many of today’s most expensive looks can be worn by those who only watch the red carpet from afar as opposed to actually walking on it.

Raymond
